A table and kitchen design icon, this space, designed by Sottsass associati in 1987, takes three floors in a historic building (1936) in the heart of Milan. Refurbished in 1999 to a design by Alessandro Mendini, it features areas devoted to the items designed by Masters, object families and product groups in catalogue. Core of the project is the shop window, which is still today the original display unit of the Ettore Sottsass design.

Set up in 1976, this gallery was the first in Italy to deal with architecture; it displays drawings, projects, models and prints of famous Italian and foreign architects; it organized the first personal exhibitions of Aldo Rossi, Leon and Rob Krier, Alberto Sartoris, Sottsass, Scolari, Cantafora, De Lucchi. Since 1986 it has extended its area of interest to designers, such as, for example, Aldo Cibic, Luigi Serafini, Peter Shire, Daniel Weil, Borek Sipek.
Opened in 2008, this is the first sales point in Milan for the Maison’s women’s apparel and accessory collections and the new I’M Isola Marras line. Old recycled oak parquet, furniture coming from markets and second-hand dealers, large wall covered with old doors and decorated glass panels, a wall covered with mirrors, stucco on the ceiling and a large chandelier of crystal lustres, designed by Stefania Beltrame, in line with the idea of a shop-home as suggested by Antonio Marras’s concept store philosophy.
