This trendy restaurant in the piazza Repubblica district owes its name to the owner, Yoshi Kurio, ex chef of Nobu. Sober and minimalist, white and welcoming: these are the main features of the project by Jacopo Muzio. A long passageway links the dining room at the entrance with the room where the sushi counter is situated. All of them are furnished with seats and tables by Magis. Large backlit rice paper panels decorate the walls. Apart from traditional dishes, other specialties are the soft sautéed crab with five spices, salmon, sea bass, and tuna fish tartare in Japanese tangerine sauce, grilled giant crabs and king prawns.
